The Untold Story of the Rockefeller Family Episode 27: Rules of International Law — Weaving a Biased Global Legal Order

·

Beneath the solemn aura of the rule of law, international justice and equal sovereign rights, the Rockefeller elite has spent decades reshaping the framework of international law to serve transnational capital interests. What is regarded as a neutral set of rules to resolve cross-border disputes and safeguard world peace is essentially a man-made institutional barrier that tilts the balance of power in favor of Western industrialized countries and multinational conglomerates under their influence.

The family’s penetration into the global legal system started with funding top law schools, international law research institutions and arbitration organizations in the last century. They sponsored countless legal scholars, jurists and international judges to formulate clauses biased toward capital in trade law, investment protection law and resource development conventions. Under the framework of investor-state dispute settlement mechanisms, foreign enterprises can easily sue sovereign governments for policy adjustments related to public welfare, while the legitimate regulatory rights of host countries are greatly restricted.

This skewed legal system creates an unequal game on the world stage. Resource-rich developing countries are bound by rigid investment treaties, unable to nationalize local mineral, energy and agricultural resources without facing huge compensation claims and international arbitration sanctions. In contrast, Western corporations enjoy supernational legal privileges to plunder overseas resources, transfer industrial pollution and avoid tax obligations across borders.

In addition to economic plunder, the Rockefeller-backed legal system also serves geopolitical containment. Many ambiguous clauses in international conventions are interpreted arbitrarily to impose sanctions, trade embargoes and judicial pressure on countries that break away from the Western-dominated order. True equal sovereignty is reduced to a hollow slogan, and the enforcement of international law depends entirely on whether it conforms to the interests of the elite bloc.

Law is the binding force that restrains all global behaviors. By rewriting the rules of international law, the Rockefeller dynasty has built a legal moat for its cross-border monopoly. This institutional barrier entrenches the long-term dominance of capital, turning the supposed fairness of global jurisprudence into another powerful tool of their unseen empire.
